The Florida
Gardens Civic Association is unlike
most Palm Beach County home owners associations, in fact it's
one of the MAJOR
appeals to living in this
neighborhood.
It is totally on a VOLUNTARY basis; you are not obligated in any way to
pay money on a yearly basis (let alone
monthly) and our annual recommendation is
only $50 per home. The 'Dues
Drive' is at the beginning
of each calendar year.
Most residents will agree that they are
more than willing to pay that amount & more to fund the
events planned for the families & children of this
neighborhood.
The money is used for neighborhood
events, scholarships, the newsletter and more.
Scholarships are awarded every year to 2 seniors who
qualify. Please contact Ed
Ridolph at 967-2197 if
you are a Senior and would l like to apply for the
scholarship.
Gifts from Santa, Halloween Hot Dog Roast
& the East Egg Hunt are a few of the free events that the
homeowners association provides for our neighborhood
children with the dues money. All donations & annual
dues are appreciated in keeping Florida Gardens Great!
Residents who contribute
$20 or
more can take advantage of the clubhouse etc at discounts
(see Clubhouse Rental)
