The Florida Gardens neighborhood is at the SE corner of the intersection of the Florida Turnpike & Lake Worth Rd.


There are a total of 743 homes on 18 streets.

There are only two main entrances into Florida Gardens off Lake Worth Rd, Ohio Rd & Akron Rd.

Florida Gardens is a very coveted neighborhood to live in and the current house prices (end of 2005) range anywhere from $250K for the smaller homes up to $450K for the larger homes on larger lots.
